  If I could give Childrens Choice a 0 I would! I had been going there with both of my kids for 13 years. My oldest being 13 years and my middle child being 10 years old. Just a complaint with both of my children. My oldest could not stop wetting the bed at night for 13 years, we kept telling the doctors and they would tell us the same thing, put her on an alarm. That never helped!! With my middle child he has a pigeon chest. I brought this up multiple times to all doctors and they kept telling us no he doesn't. I had another baby in 2026, I called Children Choice to get her in to be seen right after birth, the doctors refused to see her because we chose not to get the vaccines for her!! We then took all of our kids out, found a new pediatrician and our new pediatrician told us the reason our oldest child kept wetting the bed was cause she was constipated, we gave her miralax, she is no longer wetting the bed or constipated!! He then diagnosed our middle child with a pigeon chest that can no longer be corrected because of his age, however if Childrens Choice would had listened to his mom they could had put him in a chest brace at 2 years old and it would've corrected itself, now he has to live like this the rest of his life!! Our newborn has recieved the best care from our new pediatrician and we are so glad we pulled them out of childrens choice, I just hate it took that long for us to realize how un accurate they are and how little they care about the kids and about the parents concerns!! The only thing they knew to prescribe when our children were sick was Amoxicillan and Clarinex!! Why Clarinex?? They dont even suffer from allergies!! Childrens Choice thinks they know better than mom and dad all because they have a degree!! They also mis diagnosed both of our children with potential thyroid problems!! They had their blood took and some levels were elevated. Turns out the levels were suppose to be elevated for children!! They read the levels wrong and compared them to adults!! Thanks to our new pediatrician for explaining that to us!! The stress we were under when they called and told us we need to do more testing on both of our children for thyroid problems was rediculous!! Do not send your child here, find a better pediatrician with better reviews!!

  I was fairly new to this office, I had only been seen 4 times. I did not care for the way the dr aggressively ripped my child’s shift off during an appointment. I went for my child’s 1 year check up, I told them I didn’t want to vaccinate today. He was very rude & short with me. Told me I could leave whenever, and was told that I would no longer be seen there. Which is totally fine because I would not have returned anyway. If you have different views/opinions than them, well goodluck charlie.

  Dr.Samples was very rude and unprofessional. When he came in the room he took my phone off the table and proceeded to turn it off so my son couldn't watch Mrs.Rachel then told me I'm slowing my son's learning progress and made it seem like I was a bad parent for letting him watch her. Then when my husband called to speak to him, he was really disrespectful and told to find another doctor and hung up on him!

  Jackie Morgan is amazing 🤩 she so sweet and she is great with my children and the nurse's are as well I've never had an issue.
