  I recently got my braces off and dr. Lenk did an amazing job throughout the whole process, never had a problem getting a wire or bracket fixed nor was it a long wait to get seen. Her and her staff will work with you no matter the problem. She’s the best at what she does! She doesn’t just look at you as a patient, she actually cares and builds a relationship so you feel even more comfortable. I would recommend anyone to go to her !!

  I just wanted to take a moment to say how thankful I am for Dr. Lenk and all the wonderful people who work there. From day one, my family was treated with kindness and respect. We had a negative experience at our previous orthodontist so I was hesitant to seek treatment for my children somewhere new. After reading through countless reviews of various providers, we finally made the choice to go with Lenk Orthodontics. Dr. Lenk calmed every worry I had and over the next few months, not only did our son get braces, but two of his siblings and me, his Mom, followed. Now there are four of us who are going through treatment together and we look forward to every appointment. We are greeted immediately by name when we walk through the door and it feels like everyone there is happy to see us. It's like going to visit family. I am also not the easiest patient as I have a severe nickel allergy, which Dr. Lenk and her team go above and beyond to help keep me safe. I even have my own special drawer with all of my nickel free wires/brackets. I also experienced an unrelated health issue that required me to have to get an MRI of my brain that required me to have any metal in my mouth removed so it wouldn't distort the picture. The MRI was changed last minute to an earlier day and time and Dr. Lenk worked me into the schedule with no issues. Not only that, but several people from the office texted me to make sure I was okay. I can't think of a better choice for orthodontic care in our area. The office is always upbeat and yes, occasionally there is a small wait to be seen but Dr. Lenk takes her time discussing issues with each patient every visit. I am understanding that my extra few minutes waiting is because another patient might be experiencing an issue like I have in the past. Or that she's went above and beyond to work a patient into the schedule for a situation that needs to be addressed immediately. I highly recommend Lenk Orthodontics because there, you feel like family.

  I wouldn't go anywhere else for my orthodontist needs. From the first day interactions when I was first asking questions about braces to the day I had them removed I neevr had one bad experience. The moment you step through the doors you instantly know the team that will be handling your needs is going to he fun. Always decorated for the season, holiday or just to create a fun and inviting space. There is a child's playroom as well. The cleanest I might add as well. It always smells and looks amazing in there. I had braces a bit past the deadline but I had missed a couple adjustments from my busy scedule but they always were accommodating amd quick to fit me in. Timelines are not exact and the Dr does a guesstimate for how long treatment will take but she is a perfectionist and will keep you as a patient as long as it takes to get that smile as perfect as it can get...but she keeps you as a friend for life. I know that if anything was to go astray now, even 2 years after taking them off she would be happy to fix it. Her and her team are 10 stars easy. I actually miss my braces and visiting this office. The photo was after just a couple adjustments. That crooked tooth used to come quite a bit over the other and out some. Amazing work

  I had my braces put on by Dr. Lenk and would have them put on by her over and over again if I had to! She is an amazing doctor & became an amazing friend. She is so personable, down to earth, and a perfectionist at her profession. I would recommend her to everyone the way she takes her time and is patient, treats each patient with compassion, & the amount of knowledge and education she has on her work. I wish I could give her more stars!!!

  If you are looking for a good orthodontic experience, based on our family’s experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. We have given this office multiple opportunities with multiple family members, and unfortunately, our experience has continued to get worse rather than better. We were told to expect an approximately 18-month treatment plan, yet our experience has been nowhere close to that timeline. If you are expecting an 18-month treatment, I would personally be prepared for the possibility of being in braces for several years based on what we have experienced. Appointments are typically scheduled 4–6 weeks apart, but many times we have been scheduled as far as 8 weeks apart. What has been especially frustrating is having appointment after appointment where it feels like very little is actually being done to move the treatment forward. We have had 10 visits in a row where the primary thing being done was changing rubber bands, without seeing the kind of progress we expected. We also feel that there has not been enough focus on actually getting patients OUT of braces. When you are paying for orthodontic treatment and were given an estimated treatment timeline, you expect there to be a clear plan and consistent progress toward finishing that treatment. The appointments themselves also feel extremely rushed. In our experience, there is very little time spent with the patient discussing progress, what needs to be corrected, what the next steps are, or what is being done to move toward completion. It has left us feeling like patients are being moved through as quickly as possible rather than receiving the individual attention we expected. Another serious concern from our experience has been the way the office appears to manage the number of patients being seen. At times, it has felt like the office is taking on more patients than it can realistically handle while still providing the level of attention and care patients deserve. We have also personally had concerns about infection-control practices, including seeing the same gloves being used while working with multiple patients within the same period of time. This was extremely concerning to us and is something we believe patients should pay attention to and ask questions about. We have also had concerns regarding billing and insurance charges. Even after we had finished paying for the braces, we noticed charges being submitted to insurance for things that we did not understand or feel were necessary. We asked questions because we wanted clear explanations of what was being billed and why. Unfortunately, this contributed to our overall lack of trust in the office. At this point, we feel that our concerns have gone far beyond simply being unhappy with an appointment. We have tried this office multiple times with multiple members of our family, hoping that things would improve, but our experience has consistently been the opposite. We are sharing this because we wish someone had given us this information before we started treatment. Ask questions. Ask how long treatment is realistically expected to take. Ask how frequently you will actually be seen. Ask what happens if treatment takes significantly longer than originally estimated. Ask how insurance billing is handled after your payments are complete. And most importantly, pay attention to whether you feel like your orthodontist is actually taking the time to listen to you and monitor your progress. For our family, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. If you are considering orthodontic treatment, please do your research, get multiple consultations, and compare your options before committing. We personally wish we had done more of that from the beginning We have heard that Kraiser is a good and we will be going there in the future for anything else
