We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and major credit cards. We can assist with CareCredit financing for larger treatments. The practice participates with several insurance plans (examples listed on the site include Delta Dental Premier, MetLife PPO, Cigna Total PPO, Aetna PPO, United Concordia Elite, SunLife Financial, Always Care, Anthem DeCare, Dental Complete, FEP Blue Dental, and GRID+). If we aren’t an in-network provider for your plan we can still help prepare claims; patients are ultimately responsible for their policy’s coverage.

Frequency depends on individual needs. The practice recommends personalized schedules; in general adults should expect at least annual exams and some patients may be advised to come more frequently (the site notes schedules ranging from once a year up to three times per year depending on the patient’s risk factors).
