- CGCaroline Geroe5 days ago5.0I love Club Pilates Crozet! I’ve seen a marked improvement in my strength, endurance, flexibility and mood. I have also met the most wonderful people, whether staff or other participants in the class, who provide a great and encouraging community. Start with a Flow class to build your strength and confidence, but then be sure to try all of the classes!
- DDDaisy DeeMay 31, 20265.0I needed a place to develop my core strength and it turned out the classes here has vecome my favorite way to start the morning. The community is welcoming, the instructors are great and each brings their own character to the classes. I’ve noticed a huge change in my bodily awareness and energy levels by regularly taking these classes, and I’m glad I signed up!
- JLJonathan LikowskiMay 26, 20265.0Had a serious low back issue that required surgery which might repair the problem. I was reluctant to try Pilates at first, but the team was professional, supportive, and knowledgeable. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Thanks Juanita, Kim, and Eileen! You too Phyllis!
