- HMHalee MeltonOct 14, 20265.0Our family of 4 needed new glasses-- I've used Eyemart Express in the past at a different location but this store was absolutely amazing! Duane helped us with our first visit. He was so kind and patient wtih our 6 & 10 year old. Once the glasses were ready to be picked up, another gentleman assisted all of us and was just as great! We've been in a few times for minor adjustments since both of my children have to wear their glasses full time and have received nothing but great care from eveyone. We absolutely would recommend this location to everyone.

- RARaymond AllenOct 2, 20261.0I went online to book an appointment for an eye examination. To get an appointment you have to fill in at least 8 pages of documents. Including, preferred pro-nouns, wife's gender at birth, social history(whatever that is). Full insurance details for both me and my wife. Full secondary insurance for both me and my wife. SS numbers for both me and my wife. Halfway through I gave up. Never to return.
- OLOnyx J. LeeSep 28, 20261.0They used to be great I just left trying to get my frame fixed the counter worker told me “they can’t be repaired”. I’ve literally had them fixed twice there before. I asked for a work note just for me having to leave the office a few hours I was told “they don’t do work notes” Seems like you’re only useful I’ve you’re buying new frames
- CPCheryl ParkerSep 20, 20265.0I had a great experience at this office. The facility was clean and welcoming, and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The entire process was organized and timely, with very little waiting. Everyone treated me with care, respect, and patience, and the service was fast and efficient. I truly appreciated the professionalism and excellent customer service!
