- JRJohn RimmerJun 16, 20265.0The staff that was working on June 16th, 2026 deserve all the praise in the world. I had an emergency and was down to my last contact, which was in only 1 eye. I needed some contacts, and an eye exam because it had been a few years since getting them. I went to 4 places in Colonial Heights to try And find somewhere that could take me that day and everywhere else gave some excuse. They were able to fit me in within the hour. I got a VERY THOROUGH eye exam, prescription and a pair of contacts in less than an hour.

With a massive line of people waiting, they’re busy polishing lenses and “fixing” a locked up computer while 3 others are wide open for use. Probably the least efficient process I’ve ever witnessed. It takes them 20 minutes to get the glasses ready once you’ve paid them, but it has been an hour + just to get through the retail aspect… smh
