  I've been a member here for a couple months and they've been great! I'd never done pilates before, but the instructors make it really easy to understand what to do, and usually provide different options of difficulty so you can make the exercises easier or harder, whatever fits best for you. I have arthritis in my knee and it's been one of the few ways of exercising that doesn't cause a lot of pain and is still fun! Would highly recommend!!

  It’s a mean girls club here. I paid to be humiliated in front of the group. Very unwelcoming especially considering that most people trying Pilates are new to fitness and feel lost in a big box gym. Do better. Not everyone is skinny and super flexible.

  I use to love coming here until I suffered a traumatic brain injury from being flung head first into the machine. While doing a move on the box and relying solely on their safety strap, the strap had not been properly checked and it came lose and I was flung head first into th machine. Hitting my head, neck and lower back. I suffered a concussion, PTSD and now have ongoing migraines and occipital neuralgia. I've had countless sessions of concussion, vision and physical therapy to help with the awful pain I now suffer due to this injury. I would caution anyone that comes here to advocate from the.selves and make sure they are safe because the staff won't and the worst part is when this happened the staff had no emergency procedure training and I was left to be helped by the students in the class. Just overall a bad experience and till this day I have not heard from the owner.
