The instructors are knowledgeable, so attentive to proper form and genuinely care about your progress. I’ve noticed a huge change in my strength and posture in just a few months. Special shoutout to Melissa G. for keeping me motivated in every class and helping me get a stronger core. I feel more flexible and energized. The studio is always clean, and filled with positive energy. The front desk staff are welcoming and make you feel right at home. Highly recommend!
