Because the classes are adaptable through movements, range of motion, and equipment options, every session feels personalized to my individual needs and abilities. The environment is fun, uplifting, and the community pushes and encourages me to give my 100% best every time. Movement, muscle, motivation, and an amazing community—Pure Barre is absolutely the best!

I have learned so many useful things about exercise technique and having a positive attitude from them. The formats are diverse and each class gives you a full-body, comprehensive workout. Barre includes workouts that target smaller, often overlooked muscles that are essential to stability and strength. The pacing of each class is challenging, but achievable. Barre is motivating and supports you in personal goal setting. It is a core foundation for my overall health and well-being, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who is starting or continuing their exercise journey. Barre is absolutely worth the time and money invested. Love Pure Barre Chesapeake!

Gentlemen and ladies we owe it to ourselves to have our workout work for our future healthy selves! Pure Barre brings variety of classes, choreography and instructors. I feel like I can personalize the workouts with my choice of weights and equipment and the intensity of the moves. The optional moves make me work harder or maybe lighter ! I have healed from injuries and now I am stronger and more flexible than before. I AM THANKFUL AND CAN NOT WAIT TO SEE MY FUTURE HEALTHIER SELF!
