    Had a good visit - quick, got called in at my scheduled appt time, can't give five stars - no one's perfect. Got notified when glasses were ready and didn't wait longer than anticipated. Had a little trouble hearing instructions from my tech, she could speak up for us older folk!

    On my most recent visit I was greeted warmly and pleasantly. Dr. Patel is always thorough and listens to questions with intent. He answers so that I can understand his findings, observations, and recommendations. I don't feel as though I'm being rushed. I feel like I am being heard and that my visit is worthwhile. Dr. Patel is charming and pleasant and energetic.
