  Really great gym! Super nice staff! The child-care center is friendly and welcoming and the gym is clean and there are multiple workout zones if you need a certain kind of equipment. The pool is very functional, and my kid loves it! Bathrooms are clean, sauna and showers are nice. My main reason for 4/5 stars is that an opening time at 4 am instead of 5 am would be much better for military members, who need to be in and out by 6 am to make it to work on time. It would be helpful if they opened an hour earlier! Thank you team for your consideration.

  Ok so its gym time and you’re heading to Onelife at Chesapeake Square (aka Portsmouth Blvd) and you’re bringing your kids with you, walk in make a left and ask for Sidnie. She is hands down the best staff member there. She’s like their big sister away from home; a natural in her way of making them feel welcome and at home. You can just tell she enjoys being there and my kids can too, it makes a world of difference for us as parents and allows us the freedom to have our workouts in peace. Onelife is lucky to have her and so are we! Keep it up Sidnie, and thank you!

  The facility was very clean and with a plethora of equipment for every fitness journey. Even with a full parking lot it never felt like a full gym. Everyone on the staff I interacted with was great, Taylor Brunelle was especially helpful showing me around and answering questions.
