  Although the gym is clean, nice and has a good variety the reason why im leaving a review is because one of the trainers - Polina. She is friendly and makes me feel comfortable but doesn't pass judgment. I learned a lot about training from her and I appreciate her time to explain things to me in my fitness journey!

  Great facility! Friendly staff, great amenities and an all around great experience. The manager Charlie was kind, approachable and sincere. The young lady, Kathleen at the front was also very welcoming and kind. The interaction I had with some of the trainers was also positive. If I lived here, this would be my gym!

  Been coming to this Onelife for 2+ years now and I don’t have a single complaint. It’s convenient since it's right by my house; there is a kid’s club so your kids have somewhere to go while you work out. There is tons of equipment, so there's always a machine that will target whatever workout you have , and the front desk staff is always so friendly. Big Ups to Mackie at the front desk. She always bringing great energy and I definitely smile when I see her ❤️

  I’ve been to ONELIFE fitnesses all around the Hampton roads area. While they are all nice and get the job done, The Chesapeake gym is a cut above them all. The equipment and layout is especially notable compared to other ONELIFE gyms. The staff in Chesapeake’s is also very dry friendly. I want to personally shoutout KATHLEEN at the front desk. Every time I go, she is always helpful, polite and has a smile on her face. I look forward to coming to the Chesapeake location more often!

  We absolutely love OneLife Gym! It’s a great gym with a welcoming atmosphere, and our experience there has been nothing but positive. I especially have to give a shoutout to Kathleen at check-in. She is seriously the sweetest! She always greets us with a smile, knows our names, and makes us feel so welcomed every time we walk through the doors. As a mom, those little things really stand out. It’s so nice to have someone who remembers you, is genuinely friendly, and makes you feel like more than just another member. Kathleen is always so helpful and has such a great personality. She truly makes coming into the gym an even better experience. OneLife is lucky to have her! ❤️
