  Haven't been a gym person since having my kids but I saw the daycare part of this facility and decided to give it a shot. BEST DECISION I could have made. My kids get so excited when they see the one life fitness sign. It's an indoor park with a great staff that already know and care for my kids. From seeing the same smiles when we walk through the doors to the generous staff that are always accommodating to my little family of 4, Im very happy with the Chesapeake square location. The manager Vinny, Mrs Kathleen at the front desk and everyone in the kids corner have always been there to help us since day 1 💚 My kids love the kids club and the friends they have made there.

  I’ve been going to this gym for a while now, and I’ve enjoyed every visit! It has everything you need, plenty of space, and the trainers are always willing to help whenever you have questions. I had the opportunity to work with Chanel, and she was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I truly appreciated her taking the time to help me and make the experience even better. Highly recommend!

  Chanel was a great help when it came to my body composition analysis. She broke down everything for me and took the time to make sure I understood everything! She was super helpful, and I can't wait to start my fitness journey at Onelife Fitness.

  Called to get information about childcare and was told they only offer 1 hour a day. I had never heard of a gym limiting it to just 1 hour so I asked the lady to confirm that as she seemed unsure. She said it was in fact only 1 hour. That’s a deal breaker for me which is a shame because this gym has been recommended by many in the area. Now sure how anyone can warm up, workout, and cool down in 1 hour, so I’ll have to go elsewhere

  Every single elliptical machine inside of the theater is broken and rusted. The batteries are shot and the elliptical will turn off every couple minutes no matter how hard you pedal I don’t believe it’s right just to hide all the old machinery inside of the cinema because it is dark, especially when the cinema was the reason I signed up.
