  Lindsy is the best!! Diego is very knowledgeable and really cares about your satisfaction with the products they sale. Explained in great detail how to use and maintain the hearing aids. I would highly recommend using her office for any hearing aid questions and concerns.

  I just love this place! The staff was wonderful as always. I was panicked because my left hearing aid was dead. I walked in for my appointment and Lindsey who runs the office fixed it in less than 10 minutes. I always have great service with the folks who work at the Chesapeake office. Mr Alverez is excellent and again can’t say enough about the Lindsey. They are the best and always makes you feel you are more than just a customer. Wonderful service always. You can’t go wrong if you choose the Chesapeake office at Volvo parkway.
