  I have been using the providers through Target Optical for years, and as a Target employee, I have always appreciated how much their service and approach aligned with the values and culture I have come to expect from Target. Unfortunately, my experience at the Heartland location was extremely disappointing. I arrived within the 10-minute grace period for my appointment and found that Abbie was still seeing another patient. I completely understood that she was finishing with that patient. However, when the other patient finished at approximately 4:05 PM, Abbie’s response was to cancel my appointment, stating that I was late. I questioned how I could be considered late when she was still with another patient at the time of my arrival and was therefore unable to see me anyway. Rather than addressing my concern professionally, Abbie proceeded to make faces and appeared dismissive of the situation. I asked if there was someone else I could speak with regarding the issue, and I was initially told that she was the only person available. It took multiple requests before I was finally directed to speak with Target Optical. When I asked about rescheduling, Abbie also mentioned that she is the only associate covering other locations. I have personally been using these locations for years, and with a family of six, having reliable and professional service is very important to me. I am extremely disappointed that this was my experience, especially given my long history with Target Optical. I have always felt that the providers associated with Target reflected the customer service and culture I expect from Target. Unfortunately, this experience was very different. I sincerely hope this situation can be reviewed and addressed. I would prefer to continue using Target Optical, but if this is the level of service I should expect from this location and surrounding locations, I will unfortunately have to consider taking my business elsewhere.

  Very helpful and friendly even put a pin on my pair of glasses the arm came off. She made me feel like the person she wanted to please with a wonderful bubbly hello. Loved it.

  My eye exam went great! Abby was extremely kind and helpful. She answered all my curious questions throughout this visit & everything went smoothly. 10/10 would highly recommend this office!
