  What word would be more stellar than “Great!” My appointment was actually one week ago. However: a week later (thanks goo…) the ambience, the excellent professional vibrations linger. Everything was clean, refreshing, even homely from the very moment of entrance. Then the (professionalism) took over. Beautiful office space throughout. Then came the laymen’s terms given to assist in understanding your test results. Super! Yes, I’d say make it a place for your family.

  My 94 year old mother showed up for her appointment this morning at 10:15 and was told it was cancelled. No one bothered to call her ahead of time!

  I felt very comfortable there and the atmosphere was very calming (as I was having a bad day before I got there). Things were explained in a very good way and I was happy to be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks.

  Matt the technician who served me when I purchased my hearing aids has since retired. Now can’t seem to find anyone to answer a phone. Leave a message & promise they’ll get back to you in 24 hours! Seriously? Unsatisfactory.
