  If you are VA make sure you keep your community network receipt and check it monthly. All was well with crystal and Addus until the aid wasn't able to perform her job. My dad sat a whole month with no aide. Communication was good for a little while until Crystal started switching up on me. I was cool with no aid dad was gonna be taken care of regardless until she found one. After repeated lies from crystal saying she found some aides and them never showing up. I decided to go to another company. I got the receipt in the mail and saw this joker was submitting claims to VA stating they were with my dad when in fact nobody was. I'm pretty sure someone committed a fraudulent act to get paid without working. Currently, working with the VA to get this resolved and my dad's money back on his grant. Such a huge disappointment I really liked crystal. But this was unacceptable and morally wrong on so many levels.

  I actually have nothing but good things to say about Addus. I thought I was speaking with the caregiver about my mom but come to find out I was speaking with the Director and she was so helpful and gave me other information that was very useful to get the care that I needed for my mom. I felt so comfortable with her , as if we were longtime friends. I will never forget her! Crystal you’re the best!

  No aide showed up to service my grandfather and he is blind and not able to stay home alone .. No call from the agency was very unprofessional
