- JCJenny Carrier1 day ago5.0I purchased my glasses online through the WP app and had a great experience, but when the glasses came in, as nice as they were, there were some fit issues. Thankfully, there is a store near me in Charlottesville, Virginia where I was able to go and get my glasses adjusted. Every single person in that store was incredibly kind and genuinely appeared like they were happy to be there. My glasses are so much more comfortable now and they even helped me with an exchange with a pair of the glasses I had purchased online. They made everything very easy and seamless, and I will definitely continue to buy my glasses from Warby Parker in the future

- CSCessy Smith5 days ago1.0I feel that this company pulls out the bad reviews. This location is brightly lit but they do not provide service for people that appear to have unlike believes. Went to get service for anew pair of bifocals and I was in the store for 20 minutes, alone no other customers and no one approached me. I did ask a question and was told that they probably didn’t have anything to fit me even though I am a 52/17. And like metal. Not nice at all. Just because I don’t fit their ideology. Plus prices are better at a competitive location.
