They provided objective feedback on the various frames we tried and assisted in identifying possible frames to purchase. We live an hour away and they were most helpful in having the glasses shipped to our home. I had purchased a previous pair from this store and we will continue to shop here due to the wide selection, receptive and helpful staff and price!
