My father was going to be released from an extended stay in senior care and we made arrangements for in home care. Everything sounded great until the calls began the night before..we don't have anyone, we can't find anyone, and on and on. If you're relying on them to be reliable, think again. We were left in the lurch and had to fly 3K miles to provide the necessary care. Please, please be aware that the sales pitch sounds great and genuine but the reality is much different.

I was frantic because my mother really needs care. I was able to handle everything over the phone with Home Instead and they did a nursing evaluation the same day and provided service the next. In addition, the caregiver - Adalia -- was gracious and professional. She gave me daily reports and provided me with incredible peace of mind. The two weeks of interim care went flawlessly. I enthusiastically recommend Home Instead and their star caregiver.
