- DNDylan Newsome1 day ago1.0I drove all the way to this GNC location because I urgently needed some vitamins TODAY. Their posted business hours clearly stated they were open until 7:00 PM, yet when I arrived around 6:00 PM, the store was already CLOSED! Seriously, what kind of business operates like this? If you’re going to close early, at least have the decency to update your business hours so customers don’t waste their time, gas, and energy driving all the way to your store for absolutely nothing! What makes this even more disappointing is that I’ve been a loyal GNC customer and have purchased products from them many times. I trusted this company, but this experience completely destroyed that trust. I needed these products today, and because of their unreliable business hours, I wasted my trip and left empty-handed. You just lost a loyal customer. I will NEVER shop at this location again. Extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and disappointing. If you can’t respect your customers’ time, don’t expect them to keep giving you their business!
- MBMike BitcoinJun 16, 20261.0Closed at 4pm on a Tuesday. How many useless automatic replies are you going to give before you ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING about your store being closed in the middle of the day?
- AHAndy HerrickJun 4, 20261.0They required my phone number and email address before making a sale, then didn't accept my email address and asked for another.
- KDKody DeanJun 4, 20261.0Second time this week at 2:45pm and the door is locked! Does this store ever actually open for business?
