  This facility is awesome & friendly with professional front desk staff, thank you, however they are night & day from the fishersville facility. Second time of me having the absolute worst, humiliating experience here. This past June 16th appointment was a complete disaster. Front desk staff argued with me, talked down to me & talked at me, right with the glass window open with a lobby with around 4 patients to hear all of my business. They shouted out my balance, phone number, address, false dates of no shows. Then as i left, they proceeded to shut the window, im pretty sure to talk about me more because that's what they were doing when i walked around the corner the 1st time to show someone that the room i was placed in hadn't been clean,it was debris from sanding down the heels of the previous patient. The assistant seen it asked the girl who was suppose to do it& she admitted she forgot. It hot vacuumed, i proceeded with my visit. The doc was nice, very attentive professional but i didnt care to much for the friendly condescending comment as i left, she said " behave yourself "(friendly) but im like what in the world, im 45 years of age, a grown woman not a child. I ask who is the manager. I would like to speak to Katlin. I've already reached out to file a complaint with Va. DHP. This is uncalled for with that front desk staff in fishersville. Thank you Charlottesville Rio. 😊 You all are great 👍 👌
