  Like another reviewer mentioned, there was no disclosure of the charges. We expected to pay $10 but were charged $95 after extra exams. The eyeglass prescription was also incorrect, and we had to see another doctor to get it fixed.

  I have been going to this place for years. The past three years my insurance was not covered, recently that changed. I have not seen any other office. Due to health issues my eye have gotten to the point I can barely type this. I was diagnosed with Stage 5/6 Cateracts ……. I am sure you get my point. It has now been 12 BUSINESS days. When I called today I was told not to worry it’s only 2 DAYS late and that no one can get an answer for me today because my Optician was not in today so I will have to wait until tomorrow so that person can FIND out what going. (The person seemed more concerned about getting the titles correct like Optometris vs Optician) I was told the manger was not there and that there was no one else who could follow up on a Tuesday morning at 11 AM for me. I am surprised and disappointed. Yes upset and frustrated, I just had to get off the phone. What can I do really. They have all the control. I am just one customer who was happy with this place and happy to take my son and husband there. So I can use the only small amount of control I have, find a new place for me and my family. Since I could not find (or be given) a Customer Service contact ….. The 2 stars are for the doctors and most of the staff, there are some really great people, who I was actually excited to see.
