  Pharmacy cashier with poor customer service. Came here to pick up a prescription for my mom after a long day with her in the ER. Was told by the cashier that the drug had to be ordered. As we were talking about checking with another pharmacy to see if they had it in stock, a person behind her interrupted to ask for details. She then said they could give a few pills to get started, and that I should wait around a bit. I returned about 15 minutes later to see if it was ready. She asked for the patient's info and appeared to have trouble looking it up in the system. After locating my mom in their system, she corrected me with the right date of birth. I apologized as I was having an exhausting day. She gave me a look as though I had made her travel to the ends of the earth to locate the right information. As I signed the pin pad, she tossed the prescription bag toward me. I asked when the best time would be to come back and pick up the rest of the prescription. She gave me a "what are you talking about" look. I clarified whether the whole prescription had been filled, and she nodded. I thanked her and left. I was not expecting top-notch customer service, especially from a cashier, but she needs to do better.

  pharmacy here sucks. Other customers had problems with them while i was waiting in line for my turn. Not recommended at all
