  I received a notification that my prescriptions were ready for pickup, but when I arrived, only 2 out of my 3 medications were ready. I’ve been picking up the same medications from this pharmacy for about a year, and this exact same issue happened last month as well. I had to wait about 20 minutes for the third medication to be prepared. On top of that, the attitude of the staff member at the counter was extremely unpleasant. From the beginning, they spoke to me in an irritated and dismissive tone. When I mentioned that the same issue had occurred last month, the staff member responded by asking what the problem was since all three medications were now ready. I had to explain again that the third medication had also been left out last month, and I was simply asking them to look into the issue and fix it if there was a problem with their system. Apparently, having a customer waste 20 minutes waiting because of a recurring problem is not considered an issue. Mistakes can happen, but repeating the same mistake and responding with such a dismissive attitude toward a customer who is raising a legitimate concern is unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the recurring prescription preparation issue and the lack of customer service.

  I had to switch to this pharmacy as my provider refused to service me at my previous one due to bad service. WOW what a difference. The team here is AMAZING!! There is almost NEVER a line- and if there is- it's only 1 or 2 people. The staff are attentive and after several visits they knew me by name. When I had questions- they were quick to pop out from behind the counter and answer them. I even had an issue 1 time were I was shorted on 1 scrip, and I brought it back to the store and they took immediate action and filled it correctly right away. The customer service here is unbelievably good, quick, and done with a smile. GREAT JOB Giant Pharmacy!!!!

  St. Germain Pharmacist provided incorrect information and refused to fully fill a prescription from my doctor.

  This pharmacy is excellent. Very knowledgeable. Fast, efficient and the staff goes out of their way to help and develop a relationship with customers. Unlike CVS which is like getting rx filled in a third world country.

  At first I had really good experiences here and the staff was friendly. However, there is a new guy there who happens to be working everytime I come in. He is slow, talks way too quietly, and mumbles. He is not nice. It is important to enunciate and speak a little louder especially because masks and check out dividers makes it harder to hear. It's like he doesn't care at all and puts in zero effort to even be a little friendly. I miss the older lady who wears glasses, she was SOOO sweet! I'm not sure if she left or if she just works different hours, but I really miss her proper customer service and kind demeanor. This new guy is very unpleasant to deal with and makes me want to switch pharmacies.
