  I had to switch to this pharmacy as my provider refused to service me at my previous one due to bad service. WOW what a difference. The team here is AMAZING!! There is almost NEVER a line- and if there is- it's only 1 or 2 people. The staff are attentive and after several visits they knew me by name. When I had questions- they were quick to pop out from behind the counter and answer them. I even had an issue 1 time were I was shorted on 1 scrip, and I brought it back to the store and they took immediate action and filled it correctly right away. The customer service here is unbelievably good, quick, and done with a smile. GREAT JOB Giant Pharmacy!!!!

  The staff at this pharmacy ALWAYS go above and beyond. Going to a pharmacy can be an extremely confusing and frustrating experience. It seems like there’s always something wrong with insurance or how your doctor sent something over. The pharmacists and techs here take all of that worry away because they really care about solving our problems. I couldn’t be more thankful for all of their effort and care towards their customers!!!

  At first I had really good experiences here and the staff was friendly. However, there is a new guy there who happens to be working everytime I come in. He is slow, talks way too quietly, and mumbles. He is not nice. It is important to enunciate and speak a little louder especially because masks and check out dividers makes it harder to hear. It's like he doesn't care at all and puts in zero effort to even be a little friendly. I miss the older lady who wears glasses, she was SOOO sweet! I'm not sure if she left or if she just works different hours, but I really miss her proper customer service and kind demeanor. This new guy is very unpleasant to deal with and makes me want to switch pharmacies.
