I want to review Sara’s Restore class as it actually brought me to tears. I felt like I was floating but also being held. I imagined that this is what being in a womb must feel like. Sara’s calming and gentle voice was melodic and mesmerizing. This class is a gift to your self. Every ounce of my soul was taken care of in this class. Thank you Sara!

He is very specific and detailed in his instruction which makes it easy to follow. Signature Hot is my favorite is challenging, calming and detoxifying.
