    Gym is conveniently located in Burke. Daryl, my trainer, is extremely knowledgeable, very encouraging and is excellent at answering all my questions. He’s able to adapt my workouts as needed to help me achieve my goals. I recently had minor surgery and he adapted my workouts to ensure I could safely continue to workout. I highly recommend this location and my trainer, Daryl - both excellent!!

    Been doing The Perfect Workout at the Burke studio for more than two years. The trainers are great. My strength has improved exponentially and the shape of my body has changed completely (along with some weight loss). When you stay consistent with the trainings (easy to do because they are so quick!) and pair with a little cardio on the off days and a nutrient-rich diet, it’s a truly life-changing routine. 11/10 recommend.

    This routine keeps me accountable and it’s always 20 minutes, twice a week, so very easy to maintain. The Burke, VA location has one of the best trainers I’ve had so far, Daryl, and he has been amazing! I highly recommend this for safely strengthening the whole body!

The trainers are pros, especially Daryl, making sure to accommodate for any joint or muscle anomalies that may crop up. It’s a full workout in 20 minutes, twice a week—I’m a fan!
