  Before signing up, I want to share my experience. I once went there to use the hydro massage, but I was denied access because they said it was only available for premium members. Honestly, many of the amenities in this place are restricted if you have a basic membership, which was frustrating. On top of that, the gym can feel very overcrowded and noisy, and there are barely any windows or natural views, which makes the atmosphere feel closed in and uncomfortable at times. I think it’s important for people to know these details before committing to a membership.

  I give it two stars because it is cheap and has a fair amount of amenities but from parking to getting into a class, it is all stressful. Front desk should improve customer service and Manager as well. Also the cancelling at any time comes with a fee. You have to give them 30 day advance notice, that means on the 1st of a Month, cause they will charge you an extra month and you cannot use the gym that month. This does not seem an honest practice, just a way to get more money out of customers. Shame.

  I had an amazing stretch session with Kacey Wheeler at OneLife Fitness - Burke, and I cannot say enough great things about the experience. She worked through a variety of stretches for my legs, feet, shoulders, and hips, and by the end of the session, my gait felt more balanced and my hips felt better aligned. After my workout, the session left me feeling relaxed, stress-free, comfortable, and genuinely transformed. Kacey was kind, personable, enthusiastic, and incredibly easy to talk to throughout the entire session. We had great conversation, laughed a lot, and she made the whole experience both enjoyable and highly effective. I would absolutely give her a 10 out of 10 recommendation to anyone looking for a stretch session or personal training support. She is fantastic at what she does.

  Very poor experience here. They have two family restrooms but constantly keep one closed, forcing families to wait unnecessarily at night. I’ve already reported this to the front desk, and nothing has been fixed.

  This place is like our second home. The staff is so friendly and nice. Kids care is great, especially in the weekdays were the kids are at school, it becomes very nice for younger kids and toddlers. So many classes to choose from. The pool is not the best but I yet to find a great gym pool. Bathrooms are clean again as long as you stay away from the pool area.
