  Attended Pilates class “Flow” and “Reform” at Onelife and I had Pia and Katherine as my instructors they were both great! Great instructions, great sets, that allowed me to stretch and strengthen. I am happy with these Pilates classes and the instructors are top notch. Onelife thank you for brining a Pilates studio to this gym. I highly recommend!

  I have been using the OneLife in Burke for 3 months now, and I absolutely love it! The value and all of the amenities are amazing! I use all of it from the cardio, the weights, the pool, the recovery center- and best of all is the childcare staff- I would love thank : Lidia and Ryan, and Jack- especially because of the great care they take of my children, all three of them have gone above and beyond in their roles to take care of me and my children- they make me comfortable to come here with my family and I can trust this facility with my children so I can use the gym, thank you! Love these great people

  I cannot say enough great things about Onelife Fitness! The facility is consistently clean, welcoming, and well maintained, and the staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Emory, who is hands down the BEST GM! He truly goes above and beyond for members and makes you feel genuinely valued. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with anything really set the tone for the entire gym. It is rare to find a gym where the great atmosphere, cleanliness, and customer service all stand out, but Onelife has it all. The friendly staff and Emory’s outstanding leadership make this location something special. I highly recommend Onelife Fitness!

  so i have to say i'm extremely impressed with the direction this specific branch has taken. The management team is extremely professional, always looking to help. The head manager (i don't know his name) but he's fantastic. Today at heavy bag, unrudy person acted out of line and the mangament handled it supremely well. If your looking for a clean, safe, stress free place to work out this is the place to be. Note to Onelife Fitness, don't lose these managers, there the real deal! always friendly, always looking to help and most importantly they give a relaxed enviroment.

  I visited this gym for the first time today, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the condition of the equipment. For a $60/month membership, I expected much better maintenance. Several machines had visible rust, and the elliptical machine I chose was literally coming apart in my hands while I was using it. That was especially concerning from a safety perspective. The gym was also extremely crowded for the amount of space available. I don’t mind being around other people, but when the equipment is already in poor condition and there are so many people competing for the available machines, it makes the experience frustrating. I’m willing to give it one more try and see whether the equipment issues are addressed. If I don’t see any improvements, I’ll likely cancel my membership. At $60 a month, I expect the equipment to be clean, well-maintained, and safe to use.
