  I love this Giant Pharmacy! All of the pharmacists are so nice and accommodating, and I’ve never had a bad experience while picking up medicine. I just wish people understood how the prescription process worked instead of getting angry at the pharmacists on staff!

  I want to recognize Ingrid the pharmacist at giant for her excellent service. She is very knowledgeable , , and took the time to clearly explain my medication and answer all my questions. She is friendly and made me feel genuinely cared for as a customer. This kind of attentive, professional service makes a real difference thank you!

  This is usually my go to place and I've never had any issues however today was a mess. Went there to get my prescription filled and met a lady who seemed to not have a great day. I get it, we all have those sometimes but it would be nice if we can still be polite. She took my phone number and gave me a note with a number on it and i figured they'd call or text when they're done and I'll just walk around doing some shopping. Normally they'd give me an ETA but this time they didn't which is fine. 45 minutes later I figured I'd go and ask how much longer because at that point I felt i might just come back later. They informed me it was ready. No text, call or no use for that ticket number. Complete waste of my time.

  Staff is slow at the front and I got notification that my prescription is ready and when I get there, I still had to wait 10 mins
