The turf/grass smells literally like wet dog and too many teenagers coming to the gym to hang out and standing around. Staff and equipment are great though.
Should deep clean the turfs and do something about soliciting kids.
Love love love it here! It’s clean, the equipment is great, and the classes are AWESOME! So much variety in classes and Carmen and Sarah are the world’s best coaches!
Also, their kids care is great!
All around amazing!

I went as a guest with a member. The employee at the reception desk was very friendly. I paid $15 to attend a class. The instructor clearly knows what she is doing. As a newbie, it took me a bit to get the correct equipment for each of exercise. I could have benefitted from more guidance about what equipment to gather before class. It was definitely a good workout!

I have been a loyal member for years, but recent corporate changes have made it increasingly difficult to recommend this gym.
When I first joined, the appeal was the flexibility to access various locations—a feature that was a key factor in my decision to sign up. Even earlier this year, I confirmed that my membership would include access to the newer facility in Ashburn. Unfortunately, recent corporate policy changes have retroactively restricted access, relegating long-term members like me to a 'Tier 3' status, which offers virtually no utility. It feels as though the value of our long-standing loyalty is being systematically devalued.
Beyond the membership restrictions, there is a clear disconnect between the company’s recent 'renovations' and the actual member experience. While the gym has added new equipment to attract new sign-ups, the core maintenance of existing machines has been neglected. It is frustrating to see a focus on outward appearances while the equipment members use daily is left in a state of disrepair.
I enjoy the staff and the local environment, but the combination of restricted access and poor facility upkeep has significantly diminished the value of my membership. I hope management addresses these maintenance issues and reconsiders how these corporate policies affect their established community.
