I had a recent eye exam with my eyedoctor where I live and was not impressed with their eyeglass selection. At the time of my visit with my family I did not know we were going to the Warby Parker store so I didn't have my prescription with me. I found frames I liked there. The store took my information, including insurance, measured my eyes and said an email would be sent to allow me to upload my prescription. I received the email, sent my prescription and in no time was emailing with the Warby Parker company concerning my prescription including a different type of glass due to what was on my prescription. I was very impressed with their prompt response and expertise. I've been informed my glasses are being made and look forward to receiving them.
