  After much back and forth this past February I decided to pull the trigger and go for the deep plane facelift and necklift with Dr. Brown. This is my third procedure with Dr. Brown and all of them have exceeded my expectations. My only regret is not doing it sooner. The entire staff at The Loudoun Center for Plastic Surgery are friendly and professional. I chose Dr. Brown because I wanted a natural appearance and I know that he prides himself on this. If you are considering this procedure. Don't look any further.

  I had a wonderful experience with my recent breast procedure with Dr. Brown! Caroline, Michelle, Alyssa and Lisa were all amazing—they made me feel comfortable and well cared for every step of the way. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and professional, which helped me feel completely at ease. I wasn’t nervous at all thanks to their support and positive attitude. I’m very pleased with the care I received and would highly recommend this team to others.

  I went to The Loudoun Center for Plastic Surgery for a consultation about laser scar resurfacing for scars I’ve lived with for more than 20 years… scars that have always made me deeply self-conscious. Walking in, I hoped for improvement, but I never expected the level of care and compassion I experienced there. From the very beginning, the entire team made me feel truly seen and heard. Michelle was absolutely phenomenal. She took the time to listen carefully, answered every question with patience, and walked me through the process with such reassurance and kindness. Her knowledge and professionalism immediately put me at ease. Even Dr. Brown came in personally to evaluate my scars and help discuss the best treatment plan. After examining my scars, they recommended CoolPeel CO2 laser resurfacing to help reduce their appearance. I had spent a lot of time researching the best options for scar resurfacing, and after meeting this team, I felt completely confident moving forward & I booked my treatment on the spot for just two days later. From the moment I first called the practice to the day of my treatment, I felt genuine care for my concerns. Nurse Michelle’s compassion throughout the entire process meant more than I can put into words. She was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but also warm, encouraging, and even made the experience enjoyable. The procedure itself was surprisingly quick and straightforward & over before I even realized it. To my surprise, I didn’t find it painful at all. For something that has weighed on me for so many years, it means so much to finally feel hopeful about improving these scars. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received and will absolutely be returning. In fact, I already have my Botox appointment scheduled for next week, and I’m excited to try the CoolPeel CO2 laser on my face as well. If you’re considering treatment, I can honestly say this practice goes above and beyond, not just in expertise, but in genuine compassion for their patients.

  I came to The Loudoun Center for Plastic Surgery for a gynecomastia surgery and the entire process was seamless. They worked with my busy schedule to get me in quickly, and the pricing was clear and upfront. The surgery and recovery were both incredibly easy. My results are exactly what I hoped for.
