The variety of formats that incorporate strength building, mobility, balance, flexibility and cardio keep things different and challenging. The instructors meet everyone at their level and are all so encouraging. As a person who has focused heavily on cardio, I found the classes extremely hard to start but I'm so glad I kept coming back. The classes are still challenging, but I feel myself getting stronger too! All around, this is a great place to get stronger surrounded by a very inclusive, welcoming community. Definitely give it a try - what challenges you will change you. ❤️
