  Dr. Patel and his staff are incredible! I went in for a wisdom tooth removal and still can’t believe how easy and painless the entire experience was. I was very nervous beforehand, but Dr. Patel was incredibly warm and reassuring. He has amazing bedside manner and immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. The procedure was quick, my recovery has been smooth, and I’m so grateful for the care I received. Highly recommend Dr. Patel and his team!

  I had a tooth extraction with Dr. Chirag Patel today, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The front office staff was incredibly accommodating when I requested changes to the treatment plan. They checked with Dr. Patel and were very flexible—I truly appreciated that I was not pressured to follow the original plan I had signed up for. Dr. Patel and his nurse were both extremely empathetic and understanding, especially knowing this was my first extraction and that I was nervous about the procedure. The nurse did an amazing job making me feel comfortable throughout the process, explaining what to expect at every stage and offering reassurance along the way. Because of their kindness, professionalism, and compassionate care, I was able to go through the procedure with much more ease than I expected. Highly recommend Dr. Patel and his team!

  I had an extraction done by Dr Patel. It was done easily and swiftly. However, scheduling was awful. When I arrived (on time) for my appointment, all of the seating was occupied. It made me wonder why it was so crowded but staff didn’t seem to notice. I then waited for over an hour for my appointment. It was only when I asked about rescheduling that I was seen, an hour and fifteen minutes late. There was no explanation or apology given for the long wait. It actually ruined any good feeling I had walking in. I felt annoyed my time waiting was ignored. The actual appointment wasn’t very long. I would have rated this higher if I was only rating Dr Patel’s work. But when patients aren’t treated like they matter, it’s hard to give the practice a better rating. A meaningful explanation and apology would have gone a long way.

  I had an outstanding experience with my oral surgeon, Dr. Patel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease. I was understandably nervous about having extractions and implants, but the entire process turned out to be far easier than I expected. Dr. Patel explained everything to me using easy to understand explanations and analogies. You can see the genuine kindness in his eyes and enthusiasm for his profession. The procedure itself was incredibly smooth. Dr. Patel and his nurse were highly skilled, efficient, and explained everything clearly beforehand. The extractions and implant placement were completely pain-free, and the procedure was done quickly and seamlessly. I am amazed at how comfortable the entire experience was. Recovery was also much easier than I anticipated, which I truly credit to the Dr. Patel's expertise and gentle technique. It’s clear that patient comfort and excellent outcomes are a top priority in this practice. If you need extractions or dental implants, I cannot recommend Dr. Patel highly enough. Professional, skilled, compassionate, and efficient—an exceptional experience from start to finish.
