  I was pleasantly surprised on my Saturday visit with pharmacy worker KAREN. I came in for covid tests, She worked at getting it paid for by my insurance, apologized that I had to wait while her and the pharmacist got them approved and then thanked me for coming! I hope Giant appreciates her as much as I did and maybe make her employee of the year! Customer service like this from a pharmacy is very rare!

  Zero stars...Zara is probably the worst person to put in front of the register. Absolutely horrible customer service. We wanted to use a coupon to get a discount on the prescription and it would have taken a couple dollars off. She had to put in 4 lines of information. Her response was it's only two dollars. When I said that's still two dollars, she responded with well it will take me twenty minutes to put this in. Go sit down. This is my second encounter with her and both have been so negative that it feels astonishing to think someone has the tenacity to dictate what I should with my money.
