  Absolutely the worst customer service and communication. Before making an appointment, my dad called to confirm whether our insurance would cover the eye exam. We were clearly told over the phone that we would only need to pay a **$39 copay** and that the rest would be covered. However, when we arrived, they completely changed what they had told us. Suddenly, they said we would have to pay a much higher amount out of pocket unless the doctor determined it was a "medical" eye problem. We weren't there for a medical issue; we simply needed a routine eye exam to get an updated glasses prescription. That was made clear from the beginning. If this was their policy, they should have explained it over the phone instead of giving us incorrect information and wasting our time. When we asked who my dad had spoken to on the phone, the staff told us that their calls are handled by a separate call center, so they couldn't tell us who gave us the incorrect information. Instead of taking responsibility for the misinformation, they simply blamed the outside service, which was frustrating and didn't help resolve the issue. Very disappointing experience. Better communication and honesty with patients would have avoided this entire situation.

  I have been a patient of Oksana and Nermine for 8 years and I've followed them from a previous practice to here. I wouldn't have otherwise discovered this place without them. Naturally, many others followed the pair as well. The location is great, convenient to get to, and has natural light in the front which is better for my eyes. Now that they have added Dr. Smith, I'm really excited to come here for my vision needs. It is difficult to find a place locally with high quality care for concussion, and other unique vision needs. This trio is dynamic, being exceptionally knowledgeable, and kind. A hidden gem to have this combination. I won't go to anyone else than Oksana - she is amazing - not only able to match the best frames also skilled with everything else needed. Wherever Oksana goes, I will continue to follow. She's in high demand so make sure to allow time to schedule with her- she's the absolute best!
