  The diagnosis and treatment was within the same 1 hour that I booked with Dr. Petrenek. He is really good! X-ray, Sonogram all were done instantly. A must place for your foot and ankle problems

  Dr. Charney cured my plantar fasciitis & was great working with my insurance to get me maximum benefits like custom orthotics. She addressed fungal issues for both my husband & me with awesome laser treatments that have us improving, more comfortable & looking better all the time. She is pleasant and competent as are the office staff & technicians. Highly recommend!

  My experience with this practice has been less than desirable. I would not recommend them for the following reasons. First off it's very difficult to get an appointment or speak to someone at the office because all of their communications is through an uninformed third party. Secondly, after weeks of waiting for my orthotics, I called to check on the status and was told that they had been sitting at the office, but the responsible person forgot to call me to inform me they were ready. Thirdly, their billing practices between third-party billing agencies, their practice, and the patient are extremely uncoordinated and disjointed. I went to the practice a year ago to get custom orthotics on a VA insurance referral. The doctor told me that the VA would not pay for orthotics so I ended up paying out of pocket $669 before I left. However, for the last 8 months, the practice has been double billing my insurance company for a product that I had already paid for. I recently received another bill for the same orthotics because they claimed that it was my portion of the insurance bill. When I tried to reconcile with the third party billing agency for 45 minutes, they told me they couldn't help me because I had paid the bill at the actual office. I then had to track down the office number, and after 5 trys of getting a voicemail, I was actually able to speak to someone at the practice. After explaining the situation, I was told that it never should have been billed to insurance and they would coordinate with additional billing offices and get back to me if the matter was resolved. All in all an extremely frustrating and time wasting experience. Definitely not a practice that I will use again nor recommend to others.
