I always love their service whichever branch I end up going. I save more in eye glasses with them than using Visionworks which is in my insurance network. WB have great customer service too. I rarely have to wait long.

I’ve stopped by on 3 different occasions and they were unable to help me. All I want is my frames readjusted. Since they do not regularly have an actual eye doctor in-store not all services are actually available. I asked about his schedule and was told the Dr does not have a set schedule…Makes little to no sense and very frustrating. 0/5

Really fantastic customer service. They repaired my wife’s glasses for free, and even tuned up mine even though I didn’t buy from them. Very kind, very efficient, very professional

Bright, friendly store. Easy to find good-looking glasses not made in China that are affordable with insurance. Eye exam literally and figuratively painless.

Edit: They followed up with a phone call and attempted to rectify the situation which is greatly appreciated. It's not clear how to best inform WB of issues seeing as how going through the proper channels did not bring forth a timely solution. The problem seems to be more how to communicate with the local branch vs the corporate side.
Pretty absurdly bad. So first I went and when I requested a different brand of contacts, they force me to make a whole new appointment even though the good doctor himself seemed confused why this required an appointment. Great question. Despite my not-great experience, my spouse came in as well, which has turned out to be a terrible mistake. She did not like the new contacts the doctor recommended and instead insisted on going back to her old script. This time, this was possible without a new visit except the script printed without the Dr's information rendering it useless. No surprise that the big WB tech/help line was useless. So my spouse, again visits the office to collect a new script. This is the best part -- they inform her it's a glitch and even though the doctor is in the office and even though he can sign physically the script the staff again insist on using the digital system that they noted has a common glitch. The most hilarious part in all of this is that WB at the location sold her a holdover supply of 6 months contacts without the proper script because as they indicated their system has a glitch. 10 days since she returned to request a new script and so far, no script. I generally like WB, but dealing with this location in general has been a fracas for us both.
