I noticed that when I come in the mornings the during the work week the womens bathroom is good. Now in the "evening" its like they could care less about cleaning the womens bathroom. Floors and sinks are dirty, and showers not cleaned well. They need to work on that because its not good

Been a member of Vida for years - at this location (Ballston) the young lady at the front desk (5am) is not ‘welcoming at all, no greetings, just glare like she’s not wanting to be there at all - probably not the representation you want upon entry to Vida at the front desk- I’ll train at my other preferred locations for now where we as members are welcome for our membership!

I really love how friendly the staff is at Vida Ballston. Another highlight for the 5 stars is that the gym is very clean. The cleaning crew is always working so hard to keep equipment and the various areas organized & clean.

One of the core advertised amenities, the steam room, has been broken for over three months. Yet during this time they have continued to charge members the full membership fee. You’d imagine most companies would reimburse customers for services not rendered over such an extended period.
