  I’ve been a member of Vida Fitness Ballston for over two years and have had nothing but great experiences. The equipment and locker rooms are always clean and well maintained, and machines are updated regularly, which keeps the space feeling fresh and new. What truly sets Vida apart is the staff. I’ve been to many gyms, and I’ve never encountered a team as friendly and welcoming. Every visit starts and ends with a warm greeting, which makes a noticeable difference. I would highly recommend Vida to anyone looking for a high quality gym with high quality people.

  I’ve been to all of the VIDA locations around the area, and this Ballston one is definitely one of my favorites. The place is always clean, well kept, and has a really good vibe every time I come in. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. Special shoutout to the manager Andy and to Freddie as well - they’re both always helpful, approachable, and you can tell they really care about the members. Overall just a great experience.

  Love that the gym is nice and clean. Definitely not like the average gyms you see alot. This one is top notch. Also they have friendly staff here

  Why do I pay almost $200 monthly and I can’t get a guest pass done virtually? What kind of ridiculous inconvenience is that, even $15 planet fitness I can get the front desk people to give my guest a pass from a whole other continent. This is ridiculous and inconvenient, for a place where you pay so much you expect them to make things easier not harder

  SweatBox specific: Great workouts with fantastic instructors, shoutout to Gwen and Mike, and an actual fun time. Music is on point, the lights coordination is fun, and the classmates are friendly, focused, and keep you motivated to finish what you started. Highly rec! Gym overall: Clean, lots of equipment options with a good amount of space, clear communication and inclusive community from management, excellent parking options, and just a great motivating time. Ballston Vida has been my favorite gym, very glad to be part of the community!
