- AKana kJun 19, 20261.0Prospective members should carefully review the cancellation terms before signing. In my experience, canceling the membership due to health issues was not straightforward. Even with a medical reason, I was informed that a doctor’s note was required to support the cancellation request, and that a frozen membership could not be canceled unless it was first reactivated, followed by an additional payment before termination could be processed. While the classes may be of good quality, the cancellation and freeze policies felt restrictive and not clearly explained upfront. Anyone considering joining should make sure they fully understand the requirements for freezing, medical cancellations, and documentation such as physician notes before committing.

Teachers are committed to making sure you are comfortable at all skill and fitness levels. Studio has incredible community engagement events and fantastic management. Lots of class options and times to choose from. Love their retail too. Love this place!
