I’m a total beginner to the gym and if you are too or prefer a quiet laidback introvert-safe vibe, this is the place. The coaches, manager, and staff are friendly, patient, and welcoming. I’m very shy but I don’t feel scared to ask questions here. Ive had staff help me with the vending machine when it wasn’t working. I’ve had different trainers be encouraging, help me with my form, or guide me through exercise routines with adjustments to optimize my body type. And all in all, being recognized and fist bumped is small but it makes you feel like you belong there without ever feeling overbearing or invasive. You’ll see old and young people, and everything is relatively speaking very quiet and peaceful for a gym; it isn’t hard to tune out everything and focus on your lifts. Goers are mindful, clean up well and don’t cause any issue, everyone keeps to themselves and is respectful. If GM or trainers ever see this, thank you for making working out fun!

Onelife at Crystal Park is fantastic: large variety of equipment, clean facilities, great price for the services, and most importantly, awesome staff. A family member who was visiting wanted a gym for their workouts. We ended up choosing Onelife, which was the best pick overall when comparing to the other gyms in the area. After my monthly pass expired, I decided to sign a contract due to the great experience. Take home message: this is a great gym and with staff like Dennis and his crew, it’s a no-brainer. Keep up the great job, guys!

Is it better than the hotel gym? Yes. Is it worth $30 for a one time pass? I don't think so, I think $20 is more appropriate for the equipment. They have a few things for legs but I think their barbell equipment could use an upgrade. It seems like their office space is disproportionate to the workout equipment.

My brother and I visited for the first time and the guy at the front desk was just on his phone while we struggled to find the place to scan our membership. He continued to be on his phone while we tried to figure out where the locker rooms were. What a bum. Fire him.
