  Recently joined and loving this gym already. So many workout options and plenty of space to move around. Also wanted to give a huge shout out to Noah Davis who helped my colleague & I to get set up. Friendly staff and nice location!

  I had a great experience signing up for OneLife Fitness\! Noah was my sales representative, and he was absolutely wonderful\. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured\. He made the entire sign\-up process easy and welcoming\. Excellent customer service from start to finish\. Noah is definitely an asset to the OneLife team\.   As a new resident of the DMV area I was skeptical and was struggling to find a gym until I met Noah, one of the . Due to their warm energy I took a chance for a trial and was pleasantly surprised with the space, equipment and treatment from other members and staff. A special shout-out to Samson for always answering my newbie questions or directing me to the right place. I pleasantly call OneLife Ballston my gym home and have no complaints so far! Thank you!

  Nadeen has been amazing every time I’ve came to OneLife. She’s very helpful and educational. Nothing but great words for the service and help she provides daily during our gym visits.
