  Large facilities, never feel like I can’t workout due to machines or dumbbells being taken. Nice amenities outside of gym as well

  OneLife Ballston has been our gym for the past 2.5 years. Great atmosphere, and the staff are lovely! The renovations have added greatly to our experience. From new machines to expanded recovery options, it’s a great neighborhood gym that caters to fitness enthusiasts of all levels.

  I’ve been going here for years and with the new expansion the gym is a much better experience overall. The staff is always kind and friendly.

  OneLife double charged my account, and I have yet to see the refund come through after almost two weeks. I did not mind the double charging as there was confusion on payment, but they have a policy which does not allow a refund for 7-10 business days. That is way too long to receive a refund. The bathrooms also need to be cleaner. OneLife is quick to charge but slow to refund. Be wary of OneLife Ballston!

  Very disappointing experience. A staff member told me I couldn’t use my phone while I was working out (I wasn’t in the bathroom or locker room) but couldn’t explain why or show me where this rule exists in the Terms of Use or gym rules. I called 5 times and emailed management asking for clarification and never got a response. I’ve also had billing issues with them twice. On top of that, my boyfriend canceled his membership two years ago, but we just found out they had been charging him the entire time. He had to cancel again yesterday. Between the poor customer service, lack of communication, and billing problems, I don’t recommend this gym.
