A young female doctor was extremely helpful and caring. Highly recommend. The LensCrafters next door were great to. I went at an unbusy time so I was cared for right away. . The gentleman was great. Though I couldn’t get my glasses that day, he assured me must of the time it’s not 7-10 days. And he was right! Got my glasses within 4 days! Very happy!!!

Shawn stayed past closing to help me pick smaller frames, cut off the damaged portion of the lens, put them in the new frames, and adjust the frames for a better fit. I was able to get new glasses the same day and I was only charged for the frames. Shawn was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I’m super happy with my new glasses!
