- EEEmilyJun 26, 20261.0From the moment I walked in, my experience was disappointing. The owner, Marina, came across as rude and abrupt, and I didn’t feel that riders were treated with respect. I also personally witnessed her speaking negatively about riders behind their backs, which created an unprofessional and unwelcoming environment. Compared to other CycleBar locations, this studio feels like corners are constantly being cut. Milestone recognition consists of paper signs and dry-erase boards on the lockers rather than permanent displays, there is no recognition for first-time riders, and the studio rarely offers the free community events or post-class extras that other locations do. The overall experience feels bare minimum. The cleanliness was also below average. The bikes are visibly dirty, and there is noticeable dirt and debris on the floors beneath them. Overall, this is the worst CycleBar location I’ve visited. Management should take a serious step back and evaluate the rider experience, professionalism, and overall standards of the studio.
