The classes itself are challenging but there's plenty of opportunities for modifications for every age, body type, and fitness level. I always feel exhausted but invigorated afterwards and these classes have gotten me into a workout routine for the first time in years. But the best thing I can say about this studio is that everyone is sincerely kind and all the instructors are really invested in getting to know the students - always taking the time to learn names and welcome newcombers and get them settled. My only point is to be sure to get there a few minutes early if you can to grab your preferred space, especially in the more crowded afternoon classes.

- CCClaraAug 6, 20265.0barre3 is a really awesome not only workout class, but community! the instructors are kind, motivating and knowledgeable on a variety of modifications. the style of instruction makes it the perfect class because it’s both challenging, and accessible to lots of different kinds of people☺️ it’s also a really nice, clean space, with a small kids play area, and bathrooms with complimentary amenities.

They encourage you to work hard, get stronger and push yourself but also support modifications and listening to your body which many other studios do not.
