When I found out our Airbnb was so close to this studio I was thrilled. From the moment I walked in I felt so welcome. I took 5 classes during my trip and by the time I left I felt like part of the family. From the owner, to the instructors, to the gals working the front desk, and the other clients, everyone was so kind. If I ever find myself back in the DMV I will absolutely be making a special trip to B3 Arlington.

Amy, Natalie, Olivia and Winnie are such sweethearts and very welcoming. Their signature class has a nice mix of strength, cardio and mobility while their Strenght class is good to get stronger while still practicing mobility.
