I enjoy the changing of lights for each section, although simple, it really affects my mindset. The instructors are super nice, its a great community. Oh and I enjoy the optional breeze at the end while laying in savasana.

The instructions were clear and offering options for beginners like myself but also engaging for advanced yogis. Weather happened to be perfect too. Calm music with good camaraderie!! I'll be back for sure.
