  Recently moved to the area and was looking for a yoga studio. A friend took me as a guest, and I had a phenomenal experience. Studio is exceptionally clean and very calming. It smelled very nice too, wasn’t expecting that. The instructor was phenomenal, going through each of the poses very carefully and thoughtfully. The whole vibe of the place was just very communal.

  Y6 Kingstowne has been amazing since I joined a few months ago. I love the diversity of the classes, all the instructors are awesome, & the friendly front desk staff. They also host an array of special workshops like family yoga or my personal fav - puppy yoga! I always look forward to going & see a positive change in my strength, balance, flexibility & overall wellbeing. They also do a military discount!

  I love my local yogaSIX studio. The teachers all have their special qualities. I love sculpt and flow with Heather as well as y6 hot with Melanie. Truly all the instructors bring their unique strengths and spunk to each class whether that be a deep focus on breath work or targeting stubborn areas with innovative workouts. I love this place; it doubles as my gym and therapy office.

  Amazing studio. Staff were extremely helpful. Was able to get a quick tour prior to class. And the class was AMAZING. Returning today for another session

  I did a hot yoga class and it was wonderful! The studio was clean and organized. The class started promptly on time. And the instructor was clear, helpful, and friendly.
