The staff seemed rushed, communication was poor, and I felt like my concerns were completely brushed off during the appointment. The work felt careless, and I left with more discomfort than when I arrived. Customer service and professionalism definitely need improvement. I expected a lot better from a family dental office. I don’t know why people are rating it 5 stars cause it ain’t 5 star service with her horrible character.
