The person that answers the phone always needs me to Google the phone number for the pharmacy I want a script transferred from (like her hands are broken) and then while I’m doing it she tells me I could just have my doctor send the script there so they don’t always have to transfer it. Just stop being so dam lazy and do your job, Sarah. I don’t need all this feedback. You’ll be the first to know when I have my doctor send this script to Safeway next time around.
- DGD GFeb 9, 20252.0If you are not paying with insurance, be very careful with goodrx / manufacturers coupons here. Although the pharmacists are nice and their customer service is good, the Safeway systems are extremely inflexible and strict. I had valid goodrx codes and manufacturers coupons denied repeatedly here, and after calling goodrx, they said that they should be accepting them. Other pharmacies I have been to regularly accept them, so there must be something going on here.
