Excellent management under JJ snd director LaNia and receptionists Jim, Lamont, Alonzo and Gary. Super clean facility, great hydro massage beds, great tai chi and yoga classes.

Meghan is Spectacular! she is inspirational and pushes us to the limit and beyond. That’s what we desire in an instructor. She is fantastic!

The people here are the best people in gym life here. Jj has the best leadership and runs an awesome amazing team. LaNia has the best customer experience in gym life. Alonzo is one of the best host and front desk persons. Full of advice. I love this place
