the new relaxation room is great. the only issue is that it can get very crowded on weekdays
The gym facility is nice, but the customer service at the front desk was completely unacceptable.
As a Wellhub member, I visited this Onelife location on a Wednesday morning today (July 1) I asked the front desk staff a straightforward question about accessing group classes and personal training. Instead of a professional answer, the employee went on an aggressive tirade. He openly complained that the gym gets "1,200+ Wellhub members," stated that they "don't want people like you coming in," and ranted about how management is trying to break their contract with Wellhub.
As a paying customer, I should not be subjected to corporate politics or hostile drama. I simply needed a "yes" or "no" answer. Instead, this employee yelled at me and made me feel incredibly unwelcome. Starting my morning being berated for no reason is unacceptable. If this location plans to stop honoring Wellhub memberships, management needs to update their policy in the app—not allow their front desk staff to mistreat paying guests.
Some equipment is not in good condition. Mix of equipment does not suit my needs

One of the things that initially attracted me to One Life was the free monthly InBody scans. I was disappointed to find out you have to schedule them through a trainer, but the bigger issue has been reliability. The last 4–5 months I’ve scheduled a scan, I’ve waited around 10 minutes and the front desk has to text them or the front desk asks me to go track them down myself. Today, I was told the trainer I scheduled with had already left for the day, although another trainer was kind enough to help me access the InBody scan.
Other than that, it’s a nice gym overall, but the InBody scan process definitely needs better organization and consistency.
Great gym. There are a lot of serious folks there doing their thing. Facility is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, the equipment is good and the classes are great.
