  I visited this location on October 28th around 3:50 PM with my girlfriend. I was originally excited to stop in for the $1 drink promo, and having always had great experiences at GNC with helpful, friendly staff in the past, I was expecting the same level of service. Unfortunately, today’s visit was completely off-putting. When we walked in, the two employees working—a young woman with blue hair and a young man in his 20s—looked visibly confused and gave us dirty looks as if our entering the store had interrupted them. The girl had a rude tone too. Like dude I’m your age not some random Karen coming in here with an attitude. It genuinely felt like we were intruding on a date rather than entering a business open to customers and they made sure to make us feel that way. To make matters worse, during checkout, the male employee asked for my phone number for the rewards program. When I politely declined, he pushed the issue in an uncomfortable and suspicious manner. As someone who works in customer service, I completely understand the pressure to meet rewards sign-up quotas, but making a customer feel pressured or suspicious for saying "no" is not the way to do it. Overall, the atmosphere was awkward, unprofessional, and unwelcome. I hope management addresses staff professionalism at this location, as this experience was far below the standard I expect from GNC.

  I walked into this GNC and was welcomed and helped by Christian. He asked me questions to help narrow down what I needed and offered helpful information. I highly recommend this location.

  I don't know what the deal is, but three times I've tried to come here and every time, they're closed during business hours. Twice they'd closed up half an hour early, and today at noon there was just nobody there.

  Nobody knows anything here. I tried to call to see if they had a product but the people don't have a clue. If you go into the store they don't even want to help you. Awful.
