Exceptional Children's Center

Exceptional Children's Center is the vision of Philip and Tracy Greer. The practice was born of the desire to support families with children who have special needs. Together, as parents first then with Tracy's clinical desires and Philip's business sense the two launched the practice in 2005. They are parents to three children, their oldest Julie was born in 1997 with a chromosome abnormality and resulting significant special needs. The vision of the practice has come from their very personal experiences raising Julie and all that they have learned over the years. Julie continues to serve as their inspiration to keep moving forward, accept but don't settle, focus on the positive and find much joy in the smallest of achievements.
