  Exceptional dental practice that truly goes above and beyond! I recently had a dental emergency, and from the moment I contacted the office, I felt I was in excellent hands. The front desk team was incredibly professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough in every detail. As for Dr. Uzri, she is truly the best. She has such a calm and reassuring presence and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going to happen, what to expect, and the different possible outcomes. Her experience, attention to detail, and genuine care made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I absolutely loved my experience and am so grateful for the exceptional care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Uzri and her entire team!

  I can’t recommend Dr. Milook Uzri highly enough! She is currently handling my son’s Invisalign treatment and recently completed a deep cleaning for him, and the entire experience has been exceptional. From day one, she has been remarkably professional and welcoming. What impresses me most is her incredible gentle approach and immense patience with my son—he has a very strong gag reflex, which usually makes dental visits stressful, but she handles him with such care, reassurance, and skill which made all the difference. She is truly doing an amazing job, and we are so grateful to have found her! Five starts isn’t enough. Outstanding Performance.

  I couldn’t be happier with my experience as a patient at this office! Dr. Uzri takes care of every detail and is extremely thorough and detail-oriented. My appointments are always scheduled in a timely manner, and the appointment reminders are excellent and very helpful. I’m extremely satisfied with the care and service I receive and would highly recommend Dr. Uzri and her office to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

  I’ll share my experience and let others decide how this clinic values patient experience and safety. In my opinion, this clinic feels more commercially focused than patient-centered. You may go in with one concern and end up leaving with additional problems. From the beginning, I found the front desk staff very focused on scheduling appointments and collecting payment. However, once you have paid, getting assistance with follow-up concerns becomes extremely difficult. I was also overcharged for services. After contacting my insurance and bringing the issue to the clinic’s attention, I was told that a refund check would be mailed to me. I have yet to receive it. I also felt that the dentist did not have adequate time to answer my questions or properly address my concerns. The clinic appeared to be overbooked, with the dentist moving between multiple patients. When I needed further explanation, front desk staff who are not clinically licensed were brought in to help answer some of my questions, which I found concerning. Most importantly, I had a root canal performed at a different clinic in May 2026, and at the time, I was told it had been completed successfully. When I returned to this clinic for my permanent crown, I reported discomfort and a feeling of weakness in the tooth. I was reassured that everything looked fine based on an X-ray and report from approximately two weeks earlier. However, my concerns were not properly reassessed, and another X-ray or further evaluation was not requested at that time. I continued to experience problems with the tooth and ultimately had to seek and pay for treatment out of pocket while overseas during my summer trip. Unfortunately, the dentist I saw overseas advised me that the tooth may require a root canal retreatment and/or that the tooth had been excessively reduced. I am sharing my experience so that others can make an informed decision about their care.

  Definitely my new favorite dentist office!! Dr. Kirschner is awesome!! I had to have a deep cleaning and I had zero pain the next morning. Great job numbing my gums for the procedure which was clear once she started the cleaning. And, even when all the chairs have been full and the office looked busy, they clearly have an efficient process for running their office that gets you in and out on time. If you're looking for a new dentist in the Alexandria, VA area give Alexandria Dental Spa a try. Very friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere and every staff member I've encountered has been pleasant and helpful.
